This photo taken in 1941 is of Mama and Papa Tucker with their 11 children. My wife Lomie is in the front row, second from the right. She and I attend 50 consecutive Tucker family reunions (1946-96)
Lomie is the only one that is still living.
Nonagenarian (adjective/noun): 1. of the age of 90 years, or between 90 and 100 years old. Non-Sense (noun): 1. my thoughts and opinions, some making sense, some just non-sense. This blog was launched on my 89th birthday, which was December 30, 2009. I thought it would be therapeutic for me to keep a blog as I approached my nonagenarian years. I am now 91, soon to be 92, and I plan to continue making non-sense!
Oh my goodness! I've never seen that photo. It's wonderful! Aunt Lomie is so beautiful! Mother looks far older than her 28 (?) years. Thank you so much for posting it. I've made a screen shot and will send it to Judy. She'll be over the top about it too! Love you!
