Basketball

I’ve been extremely fortunate in every phase of my life. It’s hard to say which was the happiest; early childhood, high school, pilot during WWII, wooing Lomie, 27 years with GE, or retirement. But I have to rate my last two years of high school near the top. Being on the basketball team played a big part in it.... I am # 8 in the photo.

    I think from all the stories you have shared with me over the decades, I'd say it would be your high school years (after getting your driver's license) and those years of flying during WWII.

    Whatever your choice, I believe you have had many wonderful experiences and a mix of good family, personal responsibility and discipline, and luck have given you a blessed life.
