It's been a very happy holiday season for me. The girls and their mother have been with me for Christmas, my birthday and tonight we will bring in the New Year!

- Graduated from Sandborn (Indiana) High School, Class of 1938. Enlisted in USAF in 1941. Received Silver Wings, Pilot Class 43-D. Pilot with Air Transport Command. Served in Africa, Middle East, China, Burma, and India. Married Lomie Tucker in 1944 -- celebrated 65 years of wedded bliss and still going strong! Daughter, Lola Kristina, born in 1952. Grandaughters, Adrian Xian, adopted from China in 1998 and Kate QuJie, adopted from China in 2000. After WWII, employed at General Electric FHP Motor Plant (Linton, Indiana). Retired 1979. Moved to Florida 1986.
Hi Dad -- we got home today around 4 p.m. Saturday. Stayed with the Hoovers' a couple of hours yesterday afternoon, then drove to Muncie. Stayed over with Jayne so I could watch the Florida/Cincinnati game. Tebow looked really good! All was fine here when we headed up today...but it is cold and dreary...about 14-17 degrees. We had a great time with you and Mom. I just wish we could visit more often. Thanks for everything! Love you!
